MCH Become a Member

Joining The Wellness Center is easy!

  1. Complete our application and health history questionnaire and drop it off at the Center to get started. Feel free to ask for a tour while you are here!
  2. Our medical director will screen your application. Then, your physician will review and approve your application and provide us with necessary input on your exercise program.
  3. You will receive a one hour fitness and wellness medical assessment of your cardiovascular health, body composition, flexibility, and blood chemistry.
  4. After that, a one-hour personalized orientation with our fitness staff will give you the opportunity to learn how the equipment works and how to adjust it to meet your needs. You will walk away with a customized fitness plan, tailored to your personal needs and health status. 

Membership Dues

Because we have several membership options available to you, we prefer to go over these with you in person. Please contact us at 924-4650 for membership information and to take a tour of our facilities.

All memberships are month-to-month. At BWC, we do not require an annual or semi-annual membership contract. In addition, we do not have repeating annual membership fees.

Corporate memberships

Employees of the corporate members can join The Bond Wellness Center at reduced rates:

  • 15% off initial fees
  • 15% off monthly membership dues
  • Up to 25% off of fitness classes
  • 40% off dues for your spouse or dependents
