MCH AFFILIATIONS

Capital Region Health Care (CRHC), a charitable health delivery system committed to the concept of community-based healthcare, is the parent company of Monadnock Community Hospital and three other healthcare organizations including Concord Hospital, Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association and Riverbend Community Mental Health Care.

The mission of CRHC is to promote a comprehensive health service system which provides high quality, cost effective, accessible health related services delivered in a caring and personal manner, either directly or by arrangements with others, to meet the needs of the communities we serve.

Capital Region Health Care affiliates believe:

  • healthcare organizations function best when they share a profound sense of accountability to the community and an identity integral to the community.

Each CRHC affiliate retains its autonomy to make local decisions while benefiting from certain benefits of a larger system.
